Urinary incontinence is the loss of bladder control common among women due to childbirth, menopause, or surgery.

Types include:

  • Stress Incontinence – leakage during coughing, sneezing, or exercise
  • Urge Incontinence – sudden, strong urge followed by leakage
  • Overflow Incontinence – constant dribbling due to incomplete bladder emptying
  • Functional Incontinence – physical/mental impairment preventing timely toilet use
  • Mixed Incontinence – combination of types

Our ExMI therapy strengthens pelvic floor muscles and restores bladder control.
